FOUNDING FAMILIES
Help shape SideCog, and pay less for as long as you stay.
SideCog works out what your child actually understands, then teaches from there. Founding Families get the same platform at a founder price, and a direct say in what gets built next.
£9.99 a month for three months, then £19.99 for as long as you stay, including VAT.

Why we are doing it this way
SideCog was built by teachers. Julian taught secondary science for nearly twenty years. Gareth has more than thirty years in teaching, school leadership and teacher training.
The tutoring waiting list kept growing, and the number of children they could reach in a week did not.
SideCog is the answer to a question they could not solve one family at a time: how do you give a child the teaching a tutor gives, without the tutor's hourly rate.
We would rather keep improving it with a small group of families who will tell us the truth than guess at what everybody wants.
What you get
- Direct input into what we build next
- Early access to new features
- Founder pricing held for as long as you stay, for up to two children
What we ask in return
In return, we ask for something specific: use SideCog, tell us what is working and what is not, and help us make it better.
That is the whole deal. If you would rather use it quietly and say nothing, wait for launch. That is a perfectly good choice.
The offer
£9.99 a month for your first three months. Then £19.99 a month for as long as you stay. Our standard plan is £39.99 a month. All prices include VAT.
On the monthly plan your price moves from £9.99 to your locked founder rate of £19.99 a month, for as long as you stay. Prefer to pay once a year? The founder annual rate is £149 including VAT and it is locked in the same way.
There is no seven day trial on this route. Founder pricing starts on day one, and that is the trade: you commit earlier, and you pay less for longer.
One membership per family, for up to two children. Cancel whenever you like. Memberships are not refunded, monthly or annual.
All prices include VAT. SideCog Limited VAT number: GB 518 2864 73.
Not ready to commit to something you have not seen? The five minute diagnostic is free, needs no account, and shows you what SideCog finds.
Take the free diagnosticThis is probably for you if
You can see something is not right and cannot work out what it is.
You are already paying for support and cannot tell whether it is working.
Nothing is wrong yet, and you would like to keep it that way.
And in all three cases, you are willing to tell us what is not working while it is still cheap for us to change it.
Built with families, not just for families
The best learning tools are built with the families who use them.
Founding Families tell us what works, what does not, and what a family actually needs. That is what shapes the next thing we build.
